We are two families who have been travelling the world for many years and call the Mentawai islands our second home. Ombak Travel was born out of the desire to show our clients the same surf paradise we discovered many years ago. Many people think that the Mentawai’s only offer waves for experienced surfers. However, we want to show you that there is a wave for every level from mellow beginner waves to heavy barrels. We are committed to creating memories of a lifetime for you.
While the Mentawai islands are a paradise all year round, we especially love the low season from November through to March.
